The licence
The licence is permanent, granted for a single payment, with no recurring subscription.
The licence is bound to one device and is verified using a device identifier.
The licence is not self-transferable. If you change computers, contact us and we will move it for you.
The licence may not be sold, rented or sub-licensed to a third party.
What the purchase includes
Personal: one user, one company, two bank accounts per company, with accurate printing, calibration, amounts in words and the ledger.
Business: five users, unlimited companies and accounts, plus batch printing from Excel, payment and receipt vouchers, incoming cheques, Maker–Checker approval, and ledger export to Excel.
The trial
The trial runs 14 days with every Business feature, with no card, no email and no sign-up, and is tied to your device only.
System requirements and connectivity
Sheek runs on Windows 10 or later, 64-bit, and does not require .NET.
An internet connection is required for licence verification only. After the last successful check the software keeps running for up to 21 consecutive days offline.
Your responsibility to check what prints
Sheek provides a live preview showing exactly what will print before printing. It is your responsibility to inspect the printed cheque and verify its contents and alignment before handing it over or presenting it to a bank. We accept no liability for loss arising from an unchecked cheque, from calibration offsets entered by the user, or from printer or driver behaviour outside the software.
Acceptable use
Sheek is to be used for lawful purposes only. It may not be used to forge or alter cheques you are not authorised to issue, or for any purpose contrary to the regulations of the countries in which the software is purchased.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This does not affect any mandatory right granted to you as a consumer by the law of your own country.
