Sheek

Features

Everything in Sheek serves one thing: it prints right

Built on accuracy first, then everything that follows it — the ledger, the controls, and multiple companies.

Accuracy and printing

  • A PDF generated at exact millimetre coordinates, then printed silently — never through a browser and never scaled.
  • A calibration wizard prints a millimetre grid on plain A4; you match it against a real cheque up to the light and enter the offset.
  • The offset is stored per printer — switch printers and the setting is already there.
  • A restricted-zone guard refuses to draw over the magnetic code line or the bank header.
  • Live preview: the scanned cheque with the exact PDF that will print, overlaid.

Amounts in words

  • Arabic with real grammar: duals, gender agreement and accusative case — not literal translation.
  • English, French and Spanish.
  • The Jordanian dinar with three decimal places (fils/1000) — never assumed to be hundredths.
  • Five protection-word formats, subtracting whatever is already pre-printed on the paper.
  • Frozen golden tests over the critical amounts.

Ledger and life cycle

  • Every printed cheque is recorded automatically: payee, amount, date, serial number.
  • Life cycle: draft → printed → delivered → deposited → cleared, returned or cancelled, with an audit trail.
  • Chequebooks with number ranges and duplicate-number protection.
  • A calendar for post-dated cheques and Windows notifications before the due date.
  • A payee directory with autocomplete.
  • Incoming cheques with collection tracking.
  • Payment and receipt vouchers with separate serial numbering per company.

Multiple companies and accounts

  • Company → bank account → chequebook → cheque.
  • Each company keeps its ledger, payees and chequebooks fully separate.
  • Each bank account carries its bank, paper template, currency and country.
  • A Jordanian company can hold a Saudi account and a US one — each printing by its own country’s rules with no settings to switch.

Internal control and security

  • Maker–Checker approval: one employee prepares, a second approves with their own password.
  • Nobody can approve their own cheque.
  • Role-based user accounts, and every cheque records who prepared and who approved it.
  • All data in a single database file on your machine, with an automatic daily backup.

International coverage

  • 34 countries with full rule files, and 406 banks in the database.
  • Each country defines paper size, currency and its decimal places, date format, crossing and non-endorsement wording, whether place of issue is required, and the presentment period.
  • E-13B (MICR) code line generation for markets that allow printing a full cheque on blank paper — a feature you rarely find in this class.
  • Jordan is calibrated and confirmed at 166 × 82 mm; other countries ship provisional templates you dial in with the calibration wizard.
